Never crossed legs for a long time and during rest, elevate the legs above the level of the heart. Avoid sitting or standing for long period of time and wearing of tight clothing that may constrict the waist, legs and groin. Wearing elastic support stocking is also recommended. Wearing high heels for long time can contribute to the condition. Then eat low salt diet rich in fiber foods.
