People who weigh more than the average for their height and age are overweight and obese. People having body mass index more than normal, that is above 25 are said to be overweight and people having body mass index more than 30 are said to be obese. Indian diet should have maximum two chapattis and cereals or green leafy vegetable. Rice should be avoided at night. Avoid fast foods like pizzas, burger, hot dogs, etc. An overweight body requires food that has less amount of fat and more amount of fiber. If such diet is followed along with proper exercise minimum for 30 minutes every day, you can lose significant amount of weight in less time.
