The sciatic nerve which is the biggest nerve in the body and runs from the lower back and if the herniated disc puts stress on it you can experience pain in.

Pain on the right side of the lower back can also be caused by degenerated disc disease which we connect with aging. When we age our joints begin to degenerate which puts more strain on the body causing pain in the back. Another cause of lower back pain is spinal stenosis this is caused when the area surrounding the spinal canal gets smaller that cause pressure on the spinal cord. Spondylitis is distinguished by extreme back pain due to disease or swelling of the spinal joints.

To alleviate some of the lower right back pain that you experience in the lower back there are some techniques you can use. Rest is always a good technique to use, put some heat on it a heating pad can work wonders, and putting ice on the back also help alleviate some of the pain. There are also some medications that can be taken for the pain something with an anti-inflammatory drug in it. And with time some lower back pain will just stop by its self. And sit up straight, good posture can help alleviate some of the pain. Pain associated with the kidney then your doctor will tell you to drink plenty of water to flush your system. Keeping yourself physically fit, exercise is a good thing to prevent some back pain because exercise builds the muscles and makes them stronger. Learn to keep up good posture can avoid lower back pain on the right side of back as well as the left.
